Further Education

Further education represents a heterogenous part of the educational system. The target groups it covers are characterized by entirely different features. As to the institutional background, it may take place both in purely educational institutions and within entities having education as their only economic activity. The Czech Republic is currently seeking to set a further education framework in order to open education to all applicants and support a higher participation of the population in further education.

One of the basic ideas of Adult education is that e very individual must be in a position to keep learning throughout his life.

System of Recognition of Learning Outcomes

The attached presentation was delivered at an internal workshop within the European Commission (June, 2007). National System of Qualifications  is defined as a register of complete and partial qualifications recognized in the Czech Republic.
