ACT No. 561/2004 Collection of Law, on Pre-school, Basic, Secondary, Tertiary Professional and Other Education (the Education Act), as amended

This Act entered into effect on 1 st January 2005 with the exception of the provisions of Section 20 (3), (5) and (7) which came into effect on the date of its publication, and with the exception of the provisions of Sections 77 through 79, Section 80 (3) through (10), Section 81 (1) through (8), and Section 82 (3), which shall come into effect on 1 st September 2007.
