The Conference will be the occasion for all to celebrate the new phase of the Erasmus Mundus Programme, to meet other stakeholders active in the field of higher education throughout the world and to exchange best practices. Participants attending the conference are going to be the representatives from both EU and Third Countries, with focus on those countries with which the European Commission has an ongoing policy dialogue and which are the target of specific cooperation programmes.
